Agile Evolution Game

The Agile Evolution Game is a Card Game that helps you discover the Agile Maturity Model. The Game can be played by Leaders, Scrum team members or facilitators to discover possible growth opportunities.

The Game contains two sets of cards:

1. Without roles & levels. This deck is to be used for creating a learning experience. It forces people to have an active conversation about role-responsibilities and agile maturity levels.
   
   
2. With all roles & levels. This deck is to be used for fast exploration of typical patterns of evolving scrum teams and leadership styles.
